No Refunds or Standard Returns

At KESAV Natural Diamond, we do not offer refunds or standard product returns once an order is confirmed and delivered.
This ensures every customer receives jewelry that is brand-new, untampered, and certified for quality and authenticity.

 

 

Our Value-Retention Promise

Instead of returns, we provide exceptional value retention through:

💎 95% Exchange Policy

  • Available anytime after 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Receive 95% of the billed MRP (excluding GST) as credit towards a new purchase.

  • Product must be in original condition with the original invoice and certificates.

💎 90% Buyback Policy

  • Available anytime after 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Receive 90% of the billed MRP (excluding GST) via secure bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT).

  • Product must be in original condition with the original invoice and certificates.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Items showing signs of damage, alteration, or missing certificates will be subject to valuation deductions.

  • Final valuation is at the discretion of KESAV Natural Diamond.

  • Exchange and buyback processing time is 7–10 working days after product receipt and verification.
