Diamond Jewellery Exchange Policy

We offer a seamless exchange facility for anyone who wants to upgrade, refresh, or evolve their jewellery selection.

Exchange Eligibility

●       Valid for purchases made within India

●       Jewellery must remain in original condition

●       No structural damage, tampering, or major alterations

●       Original purchase invoice is mandatory

●       Original IGI diamond certificate must be presented

●       Product must successfully pass quality verification

Exchange Value

Up to 95% of the billed product value (excluding GST). Any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be proportionately adjusted, and the final exchange value is determined after professional inspection and certification authentication. The approved value can be adjusted toward a new KESAV purchase of equal or higher value, as per policy guidelines. Every piece submitted for exchange goes through a meticulous quality evaluation to keep the process transparent and fair.

Certified Natural Diamond Buyback Policy

For clients seeking liquidity or portfolio flexibility, KESAV offers a structured buyback option on certified natural diamond jewellery.

Buyback Conditions

●       Applicable on eligible purchases made within India

●       Buyback requests must be initiated within 7 days from the original date of purchase

●       Jewellery must remain in original condition

●       Original invoice and IGI certification are mandatory

●       Product must pass quality and authenticity verification

Buyback Value

Up to 90% of the billed product value (excluding GST). Promotional benefits applied at purchase are proportionately adjusted, and the final value is confirmed after inspection and certification review. Valuation is based on the original billed product value, diamond grading as per IGI certification, gold purity under BIS hallmark standards, and overall product condition — all following a structured framework to keep the process fair and free of hidden deductions.

Gold Purity & Valuation Transparency

KESAV offers natural diamond jewellery in 9K, 14K, and 18K BIS hallmarked gold. Both buyback and exchange valuation take into account gold purity (as per BIS certification), diamond grading (as per IGI certification), the original billed product value, and product condition — ensuring valuation stays aligned with the exact gold purity you originally purchased.

Refund & Processing Framework

Once your request is approved: the jewellery undergoes a professional quality assessment, the final buyback value is communicated transparently, payment is processed securely via RTGS or NEFT, and the refund is credited to the invoice holder's registered bank account. Standard processing timelines range between 5–10 working days following approval.

Certification, Authenticity & Valuation Integrity

Valuation integrity is fundamental to our brand promise. All diamonds are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), a globally recognised authority, and all gold jewellery is certified under the BIS hallmarking system, ensuring verified purity. Certification safeguards diamond authenticity, accurate grading transparency, ethical sourcing assurance, and fair exchange and buyback calculation. In cases where original certification is unavailable, re-certification may be required before valuation.
