Product Exchange

Our Exchange Policy is available for products purchased in India and is subject to approval by our Quality Assurance team. The review will assess if the product is free from tampering, damage, alterations, or re-sizing. Products with such issues will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Value Calculation:

Diamond Jewellery: You will receive 95% of the billed product value, excluding GST. The exchange amount is based on the total value of the product without deducting labor charges. Discounts or offers from the initial purchase will also be adjusted.

If the product certificate is missing, additional charges for obtaining a Diamond Certificate will apply.

Product Buyback

Our Buyback Policy is available for products purchased in India, valid for 7 days from the date of purchase, and is subject to approval by our Quality Assurance team. The review will check if the product is free from tampering, damage, alterations, or re-sizing. Products with such issues will not be accepted for buyback.

Buyback Value Calculation:

Diamond Jewellery: You will receive 90% of the billed product value, excluding GST. The buyback amount is based on the total value of the product without deducting labor charges. Discounts or offers from the initial purchase will also be adjusted.

Payment Method:

Buyback payments will be issued via RTGS or NEFT to the person named on the invoice. Please allow 5-10 days for the payment to be processed and credited to your account.

Policy Changes:

The Exchange and Buyback Policies may be modified, updated, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

21. Additional Terms for Gold Jewellery
Lifetime Exchange & Buyback:
Post 7 days, you can opt for exchange or buyback.
Exchange: You can exchange the our old diamond jewellery with the value of 95% of the product's billed price, minus GST.

Buyback: You will receive 90% of the product's billed price, minus GST. Payments will be made via RTGS/NEFT.
Deficiencies: Any defects or missing items may affect the exchange or buyback amount. The company’s decision on defects is final. Weight Tolerance: Product weight may vary up to 10%. The weight on the invoice is final. Refund Timing: Refunds take 7-10 working days after receipt at our warehouse.
Required Documentation: To avail of any authenticity certificate features, original invoice and certificates are required. Missing documents make the product ineligible. Product Validity: Exchange and buyback are valid only for Kesav-Natural Diamond Jewellery.
Product Variations: Expect up to 2% variation in product dimensions or color from the specified details.
